Cameron founded Outlaw Solutions to do consulting the way he wished he'd received it — patient, grounded, and honest about what it takes to build programs that last. His work sits at the intersection of program design, leadership development, and community strategy, translating ambition into structures teams can actually run.
Before starting Outlaw Solutions, Cameron spent more than a decade inside nonprofits and mission-driven organizations — leading programs, building teams, and learning the quiet operational truths that separate initiatives that endure from ones that stall. That experience shapes every engagement: the belief that strategy without implementation is theater, and that implementation without culture rarely lasts.
He partners with directors, founders, and program leads who want a thinking partner, not a deck — leaders who care as much about how the work gets done as what it accomplishes.
